The site was chosen:  a place in the Mureş plain, with Ghioroc hills in the west and Vladimirescu forests and river Mures in south, near the village Mândruloc, Arad County.

The purchase of land was difficult because properties in the area were small. During two years we have made several purchases and exchanges of plots, finay resulting a compact area, located on both sides of the national road DN 7 (Arad-Deva), with a front of 550m: 25.5 ha on the a side of the road and 3.4 ha on the other side of  DN7. Facilities: access to tram, electricity and gas.

The first plantings were made in 2001 when we had only 3 ha of land.
If there is enthusiasm, nothing seems too hard.
